Since 1999, Dason Display has been a professional display and fixture factory. We have two factories that cover an area of 30, 000 square meters (metal factory) and 10,000 square meters (wood factory). Moreover, we have a monthly capacity of 4,000 sets.
With annual revenue of $8 million, we have more than 200 factory workers and around 35 office employees. Our business lines involve IT companies, clothing companies, glasses companies and tobacco companies.
Our Four Main Production Lines:
- Metal line: We have a complete set of metal processing machines including cutting, welding, grinding, polishing and brushing. Moreover, we have our own powder coating line in-house which ensures punctual time frame and avoids scratching during sub-contracting it to other factories
- Wood line: We process solid wood, bamboo and engineering woods such as MDF, plywood and particle board with painting, melamine finishing, veneer as well as edge banding
- Acrylic line: Equipped with laser cutters, CNC cutters and diamond polishing machines, our experienced workers ensure that our products are of high standards
- Silk screen printing line: We have our own silk screen printing line in-house, with four colors and big size available
We have cooperated with big buyers such as Crew, Panasonic, Dell, Target, Zara and Starbucks. Our eight designers with four years of experience and 10 QC staff with six years experience can design products according to buyer's budget and produce a new sample in seven days and offer 100 items per month.
